How to Update Date of Birth in your ``Aadhaar Card''? Here is the information
UIDAI issues 12-digit identification number Aadhaar Card to all Indian residents. It is one of the most important documents of India.
Aadhaar card is the only document that can be used for all government programs like opening a bank account, enrolling in a school or college, buying a property or getting a driving license.
It is very important that your Aadhaar data is always correct and up-to-date. Here's how to change or update your Aadhaar date of birth.
How to Update Date of Birth in Aadhaar?
1: First go to https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/.
2: Select 'Login'.
3: Enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code, then 'Send OTP' button.
4: Enter the OTP and then tap on the 'Login' button.
Once logged in, you can access various services from the home page. To update date of birth, select 'Update Aadhaar online'. After selecting it you will be redirected to a new page. The update method will be displayed to you. Minor changes to your name, date of birth, gender, language and address can be made using the online portal.
5: Select 'Proceed to Aadhaar Update'.
6: From the drop-down menu, select 'Date of Birth' select
Scanned copy of original parent document is required for correction of date of birth. Please ensure that the supporting document is in your name and current.
7: Submit your documents and make payment.
Data are compared with supporting documents. If the information provided is incorrect, your request will most likely be denied. Once the quality verification process is complete, you will receive an SMS notification with your Enrollment ID and Result. Update request will be completed within 30 days with 90% service standard. You can check the status of your request by going to myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in.

8. School Leaving Certificate (SLC)/ School Transfer Certificate (TC)/ School Records Head of School/ SSLC Book/ SSC Certificate containing Name and Date of Birth 10. CGHS/ECHS/Medi-Claim Card with photograph and date of birth issued by Central/State/UT Governments/ PSUs
11. Minorities from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan including Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians require valid Long Term Visa (LTV) and foreign passport (valid or expired).
12. Identity certificate with name and date of birth issued in UIDAI standard certificate format for registration/updation
13. DoB Change Exemptions: Residents shall submit self-declaration in the prescribed format.
How often can Aadhaar data be updated?
Provided that the current status of DoB is declared/estimated, name can be updated twice, gender once and date of birth once in lifetime.
Fee for updating demographic information online?
You have to pay Rs 50 to update your demographic information online (including GST).
Can I change my date of birth in my aadhaar card?
Yes. You can update your Aadhaar with a valid Date of Birth (DoB) proof containing your name (see https://uidai.gov.in/images/commdoc/valid documents list.pdf).
