1. Candidate must be pursuing his studies in a Government University
2. Applicants should have their own bank account if they want to apply.
5. Aspirants must have completed their 10th and 12th from a recognized board.
6. If the candidate wants to apply for this scholarship scheme he cannot avail the benefits of another scholarship scheme.
7. Candidates pursuing B.Sc, B.A and B.Com courses can apply.
8. Annual family income of the candidate should be less than INR2.5 lakh.
